Join us for yoga in Grass Lake

The benefits of yoga classes include (but are not limited to):

  • Strengthen your physical AND mental health with a combination of relaxing & challenging yoga poses

  • Decompress from the stress & anxiety of life in a productive way

  • Connect with community members interested in improving their well-being

  • And receive instruction & guidance for your unique needs

What to bring: A yoga mat (or a beach towel), comfortable attire & water

For who: Community members interested in trying & improving their yoga skills.  

*Classes will be taught at an intermediate level. Modifications will be offered to make sure you feel comfortable & can move at your own pace. If you're a beginner, let me know when you arrive so I can cover some basics with you. 

Cost: $5 donation is requested per class

*You may make a one-time, bulk donation to attend one month of classes. 

**100% of the donations collected go back to the GL community. If you are able, donations of MORE than $5 per class are welcomed & appreciated. 

Classes will be taught by Amanda Loveland (that's me!), a certified yoga instructor through the One Tribe Yoga Studio in Brooklyn, MI, and each event is made possible by the Grass Lake Wellness Initiative
